Hello. I’m Olivia.


For over a decade, I have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients to assess their technology needs. Specializing in donor management systems for nonprofits, my experience also includes working with small businesses to assess their technology needs. 


I think of my work like solving puzzles. My role is to understand how my clients’ technology systems fit within their larger strategic goals. I work to design system improvement or management plans that are efficient yet accessible to team members utilizing the principles of design thinking.

After initiating and completing an initial implementation of a new Salesforce instance, Olivia collaborated with the team at Blood:Water to maintain and improve the system to support the organization’s evolution.

Watershed Wellness Cooperative

Olivia partnered with Watershed Wellness to design and implement a custom Square storefront and integrated Electronic Health Records system for managing their unique & complex business model.

PENCIL
